Update July 11th

I have conducted an inspection on Sunday and have identified deficiencies. Please leave green tape up as this identifies the areas to be fixed. Once we are finished our deficiencies, we will be doing a walk through with the strata and identifying any thing we missed.

Update July 3

We will be completing all units by Friday. I will be identifying all deficiencies for our team to fix. Once we are complete, a walkthrough will happen with Strata to identify other deficiencies.

Progress

I forgot to introduce the team on the last post! I am Greg, the Operations Manager for Wolfgang. My job is to make sure the work is done correctly, everything looks good, and deal with the logistics and challenges on the site. Victor and his team will do the actual painting.

The washing is going well. I had a look today at the first 15 units. We will be back to redo some of the stuff we missed.

I have also put notices out for units 16 through 23. We will start cleaning these on Monday and I expect this to take 2-3 days.

Preparation and priming of the first 15 units will probably start on Tuesday, weather dependent.

The Start

We will start by pressure washing your units. We will be using a 15% bleach solution that will not be harmful to your plants.

We ask that you please close your windows during the pressure washing phase. We also request you remove all items from your deck and away from the exterior walls. All items that can’t be removed from the deck can be placed in the centre of the deck and covered to allow access to the exterior walls.

The following is the schedule of pressure washing:

May 26 - Units 1-7 and it will take 4 days

May 30 - Units 8-15 and it will take 4 days

We will be working sequentially. Further updates will be made when we move to the next units.
